Recording Studio

The recording studio will also be a breathtaking venue for live concerts and film screenings.

Cafe/Restaurant

In the north barn will be an adaptable open plan cafe/restaurant which will offer a range of culinary possibilities.

Perfect for pop-ups, casual lunches, weekend dining, nutrition workshops and intimate live music events.

Courtyard

In the warmer months the seating area will overflow outside into the courtyard where we will have live performance events and a wood fired pizza oven and barbecue.

Hayloft

The hayloft's original wooden shingle ceiling will make any seminar, debate, exhibition, film screening or yoga class feel instantly iconic.

Coworking Lab & Workshop

Spanning the ground floor of a barn and a half will be a 300m2 coworking lab and workshop - HQ for a roster of local artists, designers, editors, craftspeople, enthusiasts and nerds.

The workshop will be for the noisy, messy stuff: wood, metal, ceramics.


The lab will be for everything else.

Who are we looking for?

Promoters looking for an unique venue for a tour date.

We will have desk/workspace available for long-term rent to local entrepreneurs working or interested in: Carpentry, electronics, film-making, sewing, ceramics, jewelry making, design, printing, programming, dressmaking, editing, machining, engineering.

Organisations or initiatives working at the intersection of arts, crafts, music, technology, history, cuisine, education and community who need a space to realise their vision.
